The HTC One is considered the best "One" for now according most recent reviews finding it to a wonderful new smartphone that will be dwarfed by the Samsung Galaxy S 4 when it comes out a few weeks later.
HTC has delayed the release due to supply shortages. Samsung makes many of its own components, therefore we don't expect a big delay.
Early benchmark tested show the HTC One processor to be slightly slower than the Samsung Galaxy S 4.
