The next Motorola Xoom, the Motorola Xoom 2 is expectd to have two storage options 32GB or 64GB and have 4G LTE access at Verizon Wireless, information gleamed from Verizon internal screenshots.
The Motorola Xoom 2 is expected to be thinner (9mm vs. 12mm), have a faster 1.2GHz dual-core processor and the ability to record 1080p video.

The new ownership relationship with Google by Motorloa should mean faster updates and that's what the Motorola Twitter feed is showing.
Motorola has already comitted to updating some smartphones and tablets to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS).
According to the Motorola on Twitter, "We'll be releasing devices for ICS 6 weeks after Google releases the final version of it."
Motorola also Tweeted, "DROID RAZR, BIONIC & XOOM will get ICS. Within 6 weeks of Google's public push, we'll confirm other devices to get ICS."
Motorola wants families to xoom into the Xoom tablet and have created a family edition of the Motorola Xoom tablet with family-friendly apps, kidsafe browsing, video and films at lower price than the original Wi-Fi 32 GB Motorola Xoom at $379.
It's not as cheap as the liquidated HP TouchPad but is over a hundred dollars cheaper than the cheapest iPad.
Verizon Wireless announced today that its 4G LTE will add 22 new cities and expand the network in four cities on October 20. Verizon will add 13 cities and expand in five cities on November 17 (list follows).
