The next Motorola Xoom, the Motorola Xoom 2 is expectd to have two storage options 32GB or 64GB and have 4G LTE access at Verizon Wireless, information gleamed from Verizon internal screenshots.

The Motorola Xoom 2 is expected to be thinner (9mm vs. 12mm), have a faster 1.2GHz dual-core processor and the ability to record 1080p video.

Motorola has already comitted to updating some smartphones and tablets to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS).

According to the Motorola on Twitter, "We'll be releasing devices for ICS 6 weeks after Google releases the final version of it."

Motorola also Tweeted, "DROID RAZR, BIONIC & XOOM will get ICS. Within 6 weeks of Google's public push, we'll confirm other devices to get ICS."
