Asus announced two new budget priced tablets at Computex that have more features than the Nexus 7 or Kindle Fire HD at lower prices.
The news release states "The ASUS MeMO Pad HD 7 is an incredible value 7-inch tablet with an MSRP of US$129 for 8GB capacity and US$149 for 16GB." Unfortunately the $129 model will be sold in emerging countries, only.

Last night during the Oscars, two tablet commercials aired within a few minutes of each other. The new Tim Burton "Unicorn Apocalypse" for the Samsung Gaalxy Note 10.1 and a new "Hollywood" iPad and iPad mini commercial.
