The release date delay continues to hit carrier by carrier. First it was Sprint, that was slow to ship the Samsung Galaxy S III and now AT&T is warning that preorder shipments may not be delivered until Monday or later. Then there's a public relations fire that Samsung is trying to douse.
AT&T issued a statement “Manufacturer supply constraints of the 4G LTE Samsung Galaxy S III have caused a delay to expected preorder shipments. Customers who were previously quoted a delivery date of June 21st should now expect their device to arrive no later than Monday, June 25th."
Customers who now preorder the "next big thing" from AT&T reportedly are getting email notices that the expected ship date won't be until June 28.
