T-Mobile Fine PrintJohn Legere in a video on YouTube touts the latest news from his Un-Carrier announcement.  Ledger says that the wireless industry was broken and he signed the contracts that kept him locked into an out dated phone.  Ledger does not read out the fine print that slows only one play is truly unlimited 4G and well that can be slowed during congested times(video follows).

He says that the plans all include unlimited talk text and web.  The iPhone 5 will be available April 12 with unlimited 4G FaceTime.

For those who count, it is approximately three months after the Samsung Galaxy S III was released.

The new colors are showcased at Wirefly and are part of a Halloween Sale with a price for new contracts and upgrades at $50 less than other vendors.

Amazon.com does not have the Amber Brown version, yet. They do however sell the Red Samsung Galaxy S III from AT&T.  The Amber Brown looks a little lighter than the Teflon on the original Nexus One.

iPhone 5 on Verizon Wireless - How to Keep Unlimited Data & Double Data Deal Upgrade Options

Verizon Wireless issued a news release today with details surrounding its release of the iPhone. Preorders start at 3:01am EDT at Verizon Wireless online. Many Verizon iPhone owners want the iPhone 5 because it is the first iPhone available from Verizon Wireless with 4G LTE data access.

iPhone 5 will be available starting at $199.99 for the 16 GB model, $299.99 for the 32 GB model and $399.99 for the 64 GB model with a new Verizon Wireless two-year customer agreement.

Since June, Verizon customers with unlimited plans have to pay full price for a smartphone in order to keep the unlimited plan. PShared Dataarks Associates offers some interesting insights to the preferences of smartphone buyers. Those with higher incomes are more likely to buy an iPhone 5 and it appears that hardly anyone likes shared data plans while many think 4G LTE is important.

Research shows that people prefer unlimited to limited sharing.  According to Parks and Associates latest study, 40% of those surveyed would prefer to switch carriers then to share data. A series of consumer surveys over the last 12 months—showed that consumers want the unlimited data plan back. When asked about new shared data plans the top reason people don't like them is the cost.
