We know for sure it will have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth becuase it has been certified.
Eric Schmitt at Google said earlier this week that Android Ice Cream Sandwich would launch in October or November.
Verizon reportedly will have the exclusive Droid Prime ready for prime time by the holidays with an October release date.
