  • ANADIGICS announced thah it is shipping production volumes of its AWT6622 and AWT6624 fourth generation High-Efficiency-at-Lower-Power (HELP4) power amplifiers (PAs) to Samsung Electronics for the new Galaxy S 4G and Galaxy SII X smartphones.
