At Mobile World congress Nokia announced the new Lumia 610 the first Windows Phone with the Tango update(Windows Phone 7.5) that needs less RAM to run. The Nokia Lumia 610 will be available in April.
The Windows Phone Blog noted "Windows Phone 7.5 now enables our partners to deliver phones using a lower cost processor (the Qualcomm 7x27a “system on a chip”) and reduced memory (256MB on-board memory)—while still delivering the buttery-smooth Windows Phone experience."

The Nokia Lumia 610 is designed to introduce Windows Phones to a younger audience with instant access to social networks and bringing all mobile, email, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn contacts into one place.
It also makes it easier to browse the web with Internet Explorer and to access games through Xbox Live. It comes preloaded with Nokia Maps, Nokia Drive, Nokia Transport and Nokia Music.
The Nokia Lumia 610 comes in white, cyan, magenta and black.
