HTC Rezound Android 4.0 ICS Update Release Date 4/6?

The HTC Rezound Verizon Wireless update support webpage shows that an update is "Coming Soon!"  It may be as soon as this week, on Friday April 6, reportedly.

Verizon Wireless and HTC  announced that they are committed to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich updates.  Leaked software suggests that the update will have the latest version of HTC Sense 4.0.

Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich adds some features such as Android Beam, Face Unlock, a new UI and improved camera (see all features and video).  It combines Android 3.2 Honeycomb features and updates other features.

Carriers usually offer updates over the weekend, because an update on a popular smartphone can clog networks significantly.

Verizon Wireless, recently, reduced the price of the HTC Rezound to$49.99 a deal that ends April 9.
