There is good news for those who are waiting for the update to Android 4.0 ICS for the Droid RAZR/MAXX. Motorola in Japan has released videos of the Motorola Droid RAZR showing it running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
The Droid RAZR information page in Japan shows nine videos of Android ICS highlighting:

For the videos in Japanese, you may want to invite your Japanese friends to translate. Verizon tests updates very carefully and may be a while before the update is pushed out.
According to Motorola's updated Android 4.0 update list, the Droid RAZR is due for an update in Q2 which gives us the rest of June. Verizon announced that there will be a world roaming this summer.
