Did you switch from some other kind smartphone to the Droid RAZR or Droid RAZR MAXX, Motorola wants to know your story and why you came over to the Droid RAZR side to the tune of $2500.
Motorola is running a promotion via its Facebook page that may pay you $2500 to tell why you switched to the Droid RAZR or RAZR MAXX. The promotion ends June 28. Motorola gave some suggestions. One video shows grad student Meryl Hawk who likes smartactions that lets her boyfriend know when here battery and that it doesn't make her butt look big.
To enter, visit the Motorola Facebook page at www.facebook.com/motorola and click the “Switchers” tab. Then, follow the directions provided to accept the application, complete the entry form and write an essay in 1,000 characters (including spaces) or less that explains why you decided to switch to a DROID RAZR by Motorola device (collectively, with entry form, an “Entry”).
Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Limit one entry per person using only one Facebook account throughout the Contest Period.
Entry must be entrant’s own original work, be in English, cannot be previously published or submitted in connection with any other contest, be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image and not be offensive or inappropriate.
Judging will be based on originality (30%), creativity in conveying reason for switching to a DROID RAZR by Motorola device (30%), adherence to Contest theme (40%).
Here's a List of the Prizes:
- GRAND PRIZE (1): $2,500 awarded in the form of a check.
- FIRST PRIZES (10): Each winner will receive a DROID RAZR accessory package consisting of the following Motorola devices and accessories; a Motorola HD Dock, a Motorola Smart Controller, a Motorola vehicle dock, and a 5' HDMI cable. ARV: $250 each accessory package.
- SECOND PRIZES (15): Sponsor’s choice of either a $100 American Express gift card or a $100 NFL.com gift card. Exact gift card to be received will be in Sponsor’s sole discretion. ARV: $100 each.
- THIRD PRIZES (5): A $50 NFL.com gift card. ARV: $50 each.
For who like a lot a battery power, Motorola tested music streaming on the Droid RAZR MAXX versus the iPhone 4S and LT Spectrum. The iPhone 4S lasted 4 hours, the Spectrum 5 hrs 47 min and the video doesn't say how long the Droid RAZR MAXX lasted. Hey that could be a the source of your 1000 character essay.
