Samsung Galaxy S3 Price & Release Dates Set 4 T-Mobile?

The shortage of Samsung Galaxy S III smartphones to carriers is already beginning.   Canada had to delay the launch, Sprint ended preorders and now there may be shortage for T-Mobile.

T-Mobile offers no preorders and will not release the phone to certain markets until June 27.  T-Mobile is not subsidizing it as much as other carriers either (see all carrier release dates with prices).

The T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S III webpage states that it will be available on June 21, 2012.  The major feature T-Mobile is highlighting is the ability to send content to Wi-Fi SmartTVs to share in more ways with more people.

In a statement reported by TmoNews,  T-Mobile reported the release of the Samsung Galaxy S III will be in two phases.  Deemed the first carrier to offer the . Samsung Galaxy S III in-store.  The first metros areas to sell the Samsung Galaxy S III will be the top 29 markets on June 21.  There will be some stock available online from T-Mobile.

T-Mobile warned "due to the excitement surrounding the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S III, customer demand will exceed the expected launch quality available on June 21"  June 27th is the expected date for launch in T-Mobile retail stores not in the top markets.

Pricing is set at $629.99 Full Retail, $229.99 down on Value Plans with $20 EIP, $279.99 Classic plan after $50 mail-in rebate (2 year contract required)
