iPad News: More 4 Holidays and Stage Set

IPads with iPhoneApple will announce expected sales figure for Q4 also known as the holiday shopping season on Thursday.  Analysts are already crunching numbers and making estimates while rumors about the next generation of iPads abound. The stage is set for the big Apple show tommorrows 

The iPad and tablet market is expanding greatly and new models are in the works.

Sterne Agee analyst Shaw Wu estimated that Apple with ship 25.5 million iPads during the December quarter up from its original estimate of 22.3 million iPads.  

Wu increased his estimates following the rumors of an iPad redesign with the lightning connector and the introduction of the iPad mini, which reportedly will be announced on Tuesday.

Last year the most wanted gifts for the holidays were iPads, especially by children and teens.  Currently 44% of teenagers own a tablets and 72% are iPads.

We expect tablets to be another top gift this year over Black Friday and beyond.

Meanwhile the venue for the Apple announcement event is ready with new posters at the California Theater in San Jose.

    Apple products are too expensive, one drop and you're out a week's salary. Also it may be stolen while your in the bathroom, on the bus, train or even by your very own roomate!
