Motorola Spyder Droid HD, Motorola Media, Motorola Xoom TableWhile Samsung and Google have delayed their big supposedly Nexus Droid Prime event, Motorola and Verizon will be unveiling a new "faster, smarter, stronger... next big innovation" products on October 18 in New York City.

The photo was labeled "spyderlaunchinvite" so some are suspecting that they will introduce the Motorola Spyder which could also be named the Droid RAZR, Droid HD or Droid "------" because the style of the video is Droid all the way with the iconic Droid red-eye and style (video follows). Whatever it is, it will be a cousin to the uber-popular Droid Bionic.

Some suspect that they may introduce the Xoom 2, Xoom Media Edition and Droid HD.  The video says "Four reasons to get excited," which makes some belief that four devices will be launched.

Download speeds will average 5 to 12 Mbps and upload speeds should be 2 to 5 Mbps in 4G LTE mobile broadband coverage areas. When customers travel outside of a 4G LTE coverage area, the Motorola Xoom automatically connects to the Verizon Wireless 3G network.

The new 4G LTE Motorola Xoom will come with the hardware needed to connect to the 4G LTE network.   You can save some money  by buying a non-4G LTE enabled pre-owned Motorola Xoom for $399 which is upgradeable.  It will take about a week to get it back to save $100 as part of a Back-to-School promo.
