There is yet an other Droid on the Verizon horizon. This Droid has the model number HTC PJ 53100 and uses the LTE band 13.
The Droid is being called the Droid Incredible 4G or 3 and was previously called the HTC Fireball. If we go by the way Apple named its latest iPad, then it would be called the new Droid Incredible. Or if we go by other conjecturatti it is being called the HTC Incredible 4G Cruise.
It may also be the Droid Fighter that is slated for April 12 according to leaked screenshots or it could be released April 26.
Generally, once a smartphone goes through the FCC it's a few weeks to about a month before it is released.
Previous leaks suggested Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, new HTC Sense, 1.2GHZ dual core processor, 1GB RAM, 8MP and 4G LTE network access. Other suspected features include the usual suspects of a 4" or bigger touchscreen, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Many believe that the presnet $9.99 Droid sale where the Samsung Droid Charge, Droid 3, Droid X2 and Droid Incredible 2 are all on sale for $9.99 with a contract from Verizon Wireless indicate the birth of a new Droid.
