Verizon Wireless is expanding its 4G LTE Network in the next few weeks. We expect these markets wil be able to access the not-yet announced HTC Droid Incredible 4G (expected 4/26 release date) and the Droid Fighter, much later.
In order to help Verizon Wireless chose their smartphones, we published a review of the top smartphones on the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network that included the vest smartphones now and later. Some of the smartphones listed are the Droid RAZR, Droid RAZR MAXX, Droid 4, Samsung Galaxy Nexus and HTC Rezound.
The Samsung Galaxy Nexus comes with Android 4.0 ICS, while many of the Android devices from Motorola and HTC will be updated to ICS, soon.
Here are the new locations of Verizon Wireless 4G LTE :
- Sandusky, Ohio.
- Dodge City and Hayes, Kansas.
- Macon, Georgia.
- Auburn and Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
- Goffstown, New Hampshire
- Loudon, New Hampshire.
- Cattaraugus-Allegheny, New York.
- Sarasota Manatee counties Florida -Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Memphis, Terra Ceia Bay, Lake Manatee State Park and the Manatee Airport. In Sarasota County, 4G LTE will soon launch in Venice, Venice Gardens, Nokomis, Laurel, Northport, Buchan, Englewood and at Venice Municipal Airport.
